Crypto payments
When a verified receiving destination is active, you may purchase access with USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). There is no charge for the three free practice sets. Checkout shows the exact token contract, wallet, amount, conversion policy, order-identification adjustment and payment deadline. Blockchain network fees are paid separately by your wallet. Only exact, confirmed transfers matching your order automatically unlock access.
Prepaid access and manual renewal
Plans cost USD 3.50 for seven days or USD 9 for one calendar month. Crypto transfers do not authorize automatic recurring billing. Every purchase or renewal requires a new transfer that you initiate. Use Renew Subscription on your Account page or choose a plan again. Renewing early adds the new period after your remaining access; renewing after expiration starts a new period.
Refund conditions and exceptional transfers
Refund requests are reviewed individually, including duplicate or unauthorised payments, failure to receive access, or significant service problems. A low practice score does not guarantee a refund. Mandatory refund, withdrawal and other consumer rights remain unaffected. Underpayments, overpayments and late transfers require Support review and do not automatically unlock access; separate partial transfers are not automatically combined. Approved crypto refunds are arranged manually after verifying the request and receiving address. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by the app. Do not assume an exchange sending address can receive a refund, and never send a seed phrase or private key.
Stopping renewal
You do not need to cancel automatic billing for crypto access: there is none. Simply do not initiate another transfer. Access continues until the displayed end date and then expires. You may cancel an unpaid order only before sending funds. If you have already transferred funds, contact Support with the order reference and transaction hash. Stopping renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions.
