1. Using ShadowPrep
ShadowPrep is an independent English preparation service offering timed Listen and Repeat practice, automated scores and progress history. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are not legally able to enter into this agreement, use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Accounts and platform rules
Keep your Google or Apple account secure. Use ShadowPrep for your own lawful learning. Do not share or sell account access, copy or redistribute the sentence library, bypass practice limits, submit unlawful content, disrupt the service, or attempt to access another person’s data. We may restrict access to address misuse or security risks. Contact support if you believe a restriction is a mistake.
3. Practice and scores
New users receive three free sets of seven sentences. Reference sentences remain hidden during an attempt and are revealed in completed results. Automated scores are practice feedback, not official TOEFL scores or a complete assessment of pronunciation. We do not guarantee a score increase, test result, admission or certification.
4. No affiliation with ETS
ShadowPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Educational Testing Service (ETS). TOEFL® and TOEFL iBT® are registered trademarks of ETS. Our practice content is independent and is not official examination material.
5. Service availability
Access depends on your device, internet connection, microphone permission and third-party services. Maintenance, outages and speech-processing failures may interrupt practice. We aim to restore interrupted services but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Report technical issues through Support.
6. Plans and policies
Listed plans are USD 3.50 for seven days and USD 9 for one calendar month. When a verified receiving wallet is active, purchases use direct USDT transfers on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20). Checkout discloses the exact token amount, conversion policy and small order-identification adjustment before payment. Network fees are paid separately. Each renewal requires a new transfer; there are no automatic wallet charges. Early renewals extend remaining access. No subscription is purchased by viewing plans or practising for free. 7. Changes and your rights
We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the update date. Material changes affecting a paid subscription will be communicated before they apply. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
